SHEBOYGAN – A Sept. 29 concert by country music entertainer Scotty McCreery will kick off a weekend of fall activities and country music benefiting mental health and addiction recovery in Sheboygan County.

The weekend, titled Fallooza, will be presented by the Plymouth Advancement Association.

McCreery’s concert will be at 7:30 pm Sept. 29 at the Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts.

Tickets to McCreery’s show are on sale at weillcenter.com, by phone at 920-208-3243 or at the door at 826 N. Eighth St., Sheboygan.

Weill Center said the show is expected to sell out, so people should to buy tickets early.

McCreery is an Academy of Country Music and CMT award-winning singer / songwriter who has sold more than 4 million albums and has achieved four consecutive No. 1 hits: “Five More Minutes,” “In Between,” “This is It” and “You Time.” After winning American Idol in 2011, McCreery made music history with his album “Clear as Day” by becoming the first country music artist and youngest male artist of any musical genre to debut their first album at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
